There are some key terms that you have to know before using our site. They are:

• Legal Agreement. Your registration and use of our services means that you make a legal agreement with us;

   Registration means that you agree to our rules. If the conditions don’t fit you, it’s best to not create an account. Additional products can have different rules.
2. Company & Licensing

3. Changes to Terms & Services
   The rules can be updated. If there are important changes done to the rules, additional agreement may be required. We can limit services for some time due to technical or protection reasons.
4. Account Eligibility & Registration
   An account can only be created and used by people of 18 years or older. Only one account per person can be created. If you try to create multiple ones, all the accounts will get blocked.
5. Account Information & Security
   A user has to enter detailed and exact data and protect the access to their account. All the actions in the account are considered the actions of a user.
6. Verification & Compliance
   We check the identity, age and finances of users. Without a finished verification the withdrawal of winnings can be denied. The data can also be given to higher authorities and anti-fraud organizations.
7. Duplicate & Dormant Accounts
   Duplicate accounts are closed. Inactive accounts can be closed or be given commission if the account has money.
8. Deposit & Funds
   The bets can be done with money that you deposit. The money is stored separately in SSL-encrypted servers for better protection. The currency of the account is considered and saved.
9. Withdrawals & Payouts
   The withdrawal can be done only after completing the verification and if there are no rules broken. The money is withdrawn to the payment method the user chooses. Maximum winnings have limits to withdrawals.
10. Bets & Transactions
    We can cancel or change the bets before confirming them. After the confirmation the cancellation is impossible. A bet with a unique code is also considered active.
11. Bonuses & Promotions
    Bonuses are only available once and can be changed or cancelled by us. Some players can be denied using any bonuses.
12. Errors & Technical Issues
    In case of technical issues we can cancel the bets, edit payouts or stop the events temporarily.
13. Prohibited Activities
    Fraud, using VPN, multiaccounting or the use of other errors are strictly forbidden. Using them can lead to your account getting banned permanently.
14. Account Suspension & Closure
    We can limit or close the account if we think you make suspicious activity. If it is confirmed, the winnings can be timed-out and the information is given to law enforcements.
15. Liability, Privacy & Disputes
    The responsibility of Bet365 is limited by the law. You take responsibility for your own actions. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. All the disputes are processed through the support team and Malta regulators.
